To organise and promote interventions or training activities in the scope of the AidLearn«s projects;
Develop and implement "tailor-made" training interventions, arising identified needs;
Develop and implement training activities within the permanent offer of the company, including: training of trainers (initial and continuing) - face to face and "blended" modalities, equal opportunities, balance of competences, human resources management, Information and communication technology, behaviour management, quality and training management.
Studies & Research
Design and develop studies and research projects particularly suited for innovation in education/training systems;
Facilitating organisational learning and diversification of training offer of the company through the incorporation of research results into AidLearn's practice;
Organisational Development
Conduct studies, projects and planned interventions that promote organisational development, including:
Training needs diagnosis;
Development of professional profiles;
Learning projects in organisational context;
To monitor, evaluate and validate the planned interventions or training activities tailored to the diagnosed needs;
Devise training plans tailored to the needs identified included in national and transnational programmes.
Conception & Evaluation
Designing and planning interventions, programmes and training projects;
Devise referentials for training and evaluation;
Design and produce tools and training supports;
Validate models, tools and training supports;
Submit proposals in tenders for monitoring and evaluation of training interventions;
Evaluate projects, training plans and programmes
Recruitment
Delivering the most appropriate procedures for the recruitment to specific functions;
Psychological assessment of candidates, which includes application of paper tests, individual interview and other required specific testing;
